Cons
I have come into contact (as I'm sure I would in any organization) with leaders who use "managing through intimidation" and others who struggle setting expectation and providing feedback. While cons come with pros, more awareness of who these leaders are (both at corporate and onsite) and redirecting them to live our core values is something within our power.
