As for the Cons, our EVP of Operations, Melanie French, read your review and provided some comments! She said that we made the decision to offer extended hours in order to better accommodate our residents during a time when they are at home. Offices are open three to four nights a week until 8:00 pm, and there are some offices that also open at earlier hours, depending upon customer needs. In addition, she said we fully support our associates finding the work-life blend that works best for their family and personal life. Community Managers have the responsibility of scheduling these hours. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, so associates are welcome to stagger work hours to meet everyone's needs. We also offer generous PTO time to full-time associates.
