8yThank you so much for sharing your concerns. Our EVP of Operations, Melanie French, read your review and left the following response: "We take great pride in our communities and in our associates. We understand that we are a service industry and that our residents deserve to have offices that are open for a period of time when the majority of them are home versus just when they are at work. During the summer months when daylight is extended, we are proud to offer extended hours three to four days a week. Our hours vary and communities close earlier in the winter months when the day is shorter in conjunction with our resident’s feedback. We have an open door policy and encourage our associates to communicate with the Community Manager and their Director of Operations should they feel concerned about the staffing level or the hours they are being asked to work. Associate feedback and associate safety are very important and not something we take lightly. I am personally available 24/7 and welcome contact by our team members."
