Pros
Cortland is a wonderful company to work for. You have resources when ever you need. There is a lot of growth opportunity for the company is rapidly expanding. The CEO truly cares for his employees and takes his time to visit them, giving you a chance to meet him personally. I honestly feel valued as an employee and that is hard to come by with big companies such as Cortland.
