      Cortland Partners is a company that has the potential to be the best of the best. Still a little rough around the edges, but what diamond worth its weight doesn't shine under great pressure.

      Cons

      Training is lacking on new comers and promotees of the company. While some training is given, there are people that fall through the cracks.
