Pros
Cortland Partners is a very innovative company on the fast track to growth. Their standards are high but they offer all of the support needed to succeed. I personally hold a position in a department that was created solely for the support of the on site teams. The fact that our home offices are called CSC (Community Support Center) not "Corporate" Speaks volumes. They are all about empowerment, support and positive leadership.
Cons
Not for the lacking in will to succeed at a quick pace. You have to work hard to reap the benefits but they truly are there.
