Pros
My favorite thing about Cortland is the entrepreneurial spirit that runs throughout the organization. Associates are empowered to make meaningful decisions for the business to help it grow/succeed. Cortland also does a great job of investing the necessary resources into properties to enable them to perform at the highest possible level.
Cons
As with any growing company, there are growing pains. That said, the vast majority of these have been worked out. The executive leadership team is proactive about identifying problems and finding real-life workable solutions.
