Pros

The commission pay and the residents.

Cons

If you are not a "yes" man, then you can not elevate within the NC region. Management is in a cliquey group and they talk about everybody and get promoted even when they are not qualified. To obtain/elevate to another position within you have to notify your manager, but majority of them will blackball you so you can not get in. They lack accountability! Susan lied numerous times on employees and was always cold to approach. The open-door policy is laughable to them, even reached out to corporate to the highest level and no response ever. My pto would always get denied, but everybody could call out on a daily basis with no reprimand.

Pros

Good environment for professional growth, the team is collaborative and willing to share knowledge.

Cons

Hard to grow, big prefference on external candidates. For higher roles, not a stable working environment
