1/10, Good for People Who Blindly Follow Directions, and those with No Home Life - Anonymous employee Cortland Employee Review

Bad management, management constantly moving the goal post and not fulfilling promises to employees, promoting the job as a hybrid role yet employees only work from home on Saturdays which is required, working six days a week, having to work back to back to back weekends if the schedule isn't in your favor that month, having to pick up the slack of other employees that you work most close with, not being paid enough to qualify to rent your company's apartments even at a discounted rate, favoritism of other employees and it benefitting them (i.e. promotions), management that has been accused of "coaching people out" of the company, unclear expectations from management, added responsibilities outside the scope of primary position, preaches a positive work-culture and core values that management doesn't even practice or live up to, uses nepotism as a means to promote over more qualified individuals. Also, pregnant employees have to work up til the day they have their baby, which I don't find to be right or fair.
