The leaders support the teams and even respond personally to your emails or questions. They lead by example and will even help answer phones or lease apartments if needed. Renovations look amazing as do the models. Pay and commissions are fair. The more you produce the more you earn. No job is perfect, but this company definitely outshines all of the others.
