Great business model and very employee centered

Increased employee count and from the sounds of it, too many layoffs

The company is amazing, very understanding, and extremely kind. The Hybrid schedule is very nice and provides a great life balance.

There are some, but it's not due to the company, more co-worker related; the only other issue would be pay. As of today, $20 does not cut it anymore.
