No smoking on the grounds while in uniform. No smoke breaks. The servers don't remove food and garbage from plates and drinkware and also do not stack and place in appropriate receptacles. They just through everything from the table in bus tubs. This inefficiency cause s dishwashers to work harder. Because of the extra work, the dishwashers must rush in order to not get backed up. This causes silverware at the bottom of the bus box concealed by garbage to be accidentally thrown in the trash. It is common to get cut by knives when digging through the bottom of a bus box because the servers don't scrape the food off. Since the glasses are emptied inside a bus box, all the spilled liquid eventually ends up in the trash. This makes the cans heavy and strainful to carry when dumping. Management makes the dishwashers sort through full cans of garbage to search for silverware which often is strainful. Such inefficiencies often frustrates dishwashers. It is common to be in the weeds.
