55-65+ hour work weeks, lack of consistency at store level, no follow-through from higher up managers, unable to competitively pay hourly staff while upper executive make over six figures. Disorganized home office, continuing to put out information to stores with mistakes, lack of man power at home office to make corrections in a timely manner or to give the tools needed to accurately be able to report accurate numbers.
