Pros

No nights and closed Sundays, weekly pay that's about it.

Cons

The company culture is toxic, the DM in the Tampa market is a bully especially towards female employees and anyone else who he doesn't like, instead of coaching he threatens, if you are looking here for a job ask if your store is a 3pm store if it is don't take the job, 3pm stores are not owned by cubesmart and they are bought and sold by other companies all the time, you could be left jobless on the whim of a company you don't even work for. Cubesmart's track record with 3pm stores is horrible don't accept a job in a 3pm store, 3pm means third party management if your wondering

Pros

Good parking and free bagels.

Cons

Senior leadership can create a difficult work environment for employees who challenge decisions or fall out of favor. Rather than encouraging healthy debate, dissenting viewpoints may be marginalized, making it difficult to succeed. Women may perceive unequal treatment and fewer opportunities to influence key decisions compared with their male counterparts. The culture can feel outdated in this respect. Frequent turnover among HR leaders has resulted in shifting priorities and inconsistent execution. Career paths and development plans are often communicated but not consistently followed through, leaving employees uncertain about advancement opportunities.
