Pros

I guess you could say the 401k match is a pro, however they don't pay the field employees enough to take full advantage of it. I give them credit for work live balance to a point. Not the best but not the worst. Other than that there really are no pros to working here unless you are just here for a check.

Cons

Extremely low pay. Majority of the field employees get an 11 CENT yearly raise as they tell you how great and valuable you are to the company. CEO has no personality at all. Fake/force smiles in the webcasts and in person doesn't even look at you. BUT, we are supposedly a "team". Taking from people who have nothing to take. Company claims to have "paid holidays" but store personnel are scheduled an extra day off to keep you from getting that small extra 8 hours on your check. DM's asking/doing questionable things. Like manually adjusting your time sheet so that you don't get unapproved overtime. Even if that was because a customer came in at 5:58pm and you stayed late to move them in. Oh and the company knows it's not getting favorable reviews, so they basically begged people to leave 5 start ratings on GlassDoor at the district meetings. Advancement is non existent. You have to be in the right place at the right time AND be a favorite to get any where.

Pros

Good parking and free bagels.

Cons

Senior leadership can create a difficult work environment for employees who challenge decisions or fall out of favor. Rather than encouraging healthy debate, dissenting viewpoints may be marginalized, making it difficult to succeed. Women may perceive unequal treatment and fewer opportunities to influence key decisions compared with their male counterparts. The culture can feel outdated in this respect. Frequent turnover among HR leaders has resulted in shifting priorities and inconsistent execution. Career paths and development plans are often communicated but not consistently followed through, leaving employees uncertain about advancement opportunities.
