Great place for summer job. Provides part time and full time opportunities to fit your schedule.

Cons

Make sure you put in time off as early as possible. Sometimes hard to make last minute switches. Scheduling is done Thursday - Wednesday, which can be frustrating when you are trying to plan your week out.

Good for lifeguarding experience, some pools are quiet, nice higher ups at times.

Cons

I was forced to work 7 days a week like the rest of their management team. Office politics are terrible. I was not granted FMLA for a medical emergency although I had been employed with them for years. My concerns were not taken seriously. They told me $19 an hour but only paid me $18 as a supervisor. (I made $17 as a guard) 2021 estimate. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life by an employer.
