Orientation and training were properly planned out to prepare you for the lifeguard certification. Met many easy to work/talk with lifeguards, pool managers, and supervisors throughout my time here.

Cons

You could experience a lack of support on busier days if your pool has a smaller lifeguard team.

Good for lifeguarding experience, some pools are quiet, nice higher ups at times.

Cons

I was forced to work 7 days a week like the rest of their management team. Office politics are terrible. I was not granted FMLA for a medical emergency although I had been employed with them for years. My concerns were not taken seriously. They told me $19 an hour but only paid me $18 as a supervisor. (I made $17 as a guard) 2021 estimate. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life by an employer.
