Cons
-No raises, reviews, one on one or bonuses the whole time I was there for anyone.
-Everything feels like the CEOs own pet projects. He talks a big game, but can never stay focused. I think most people under him are too scared to tell him anything.
-They hire cheap labor for temp work and expect immaculate results.
-Like many places, they look wonderful from the outside, but you see the mess quickly once you get in.
Don't leave a decent job to come here.
And to the manager that made the comment about career progression for loyal employees, while the rest of the company worked from home, we came to the office everyday during one of the worst parts of the beginning pandemic, we were pushed to get things installed in a hurry, with no regards to the pandemic, but was told not to get sick.
