I have been with Dermatology Partners since it was "Pennsylvania Dermatology Partners" The company has had a lot of growth but has tried hard to maintain a great culture for staff and a strong focus on customer service. There is ample opportunity for upward mobility at dermatology partners and many managers have advanced form entry level jobs to management. Dermatology Partners is growing and provides many opportunities for staff to grow in their jobs and expand geographically. During the pandemic the company did not lay off any staff, employment and income for staff were held steady. The company helps over 100,000 patients with real health needs each year and staff plan an important role where they can be proud of what the achieve helping people each day. The company cares about its staff and tries to treat them with dignity and respect. Overall, I think it is a great company with responsible and caring leadership and room for any employee to grow or build a career.
Cons
Fast growth put some strain on management infrastructure so that sometime resources and attention are not always where they need to be until a problem arises. During the pandemic staff shortages made some staff have to work harder to meet the work demands causing frustration across the teams.
