Pros

I would highly recommend working for Dermatology Partners. I have had nothing but a positive experience during my tenure. The understanding and flexibility of the management staff are just a few of the reasons I enjoy working with Dermatology Partners. Coming into work each day is not dreaded, it is something that I look forward to knowing that I have team members who value me and the work that I do. I feel like the work I am doing is meaningful and is helping build our team and company’s growth. Feeling valued at a company is one of the many things that I appreciate at a job.

Pros

Everyone is great. Doctors and PAs are always kind and honestly see that we struggle! Great reps that bring sunscreen! They do work with you when you need off and will find you coverage

Cons

NOT enough staff anlways opening new offices but they do not have proper staff at the offices. They have 3/4 providers and 1 front desk. that’s over 150 that is not ok
