Pros
Most coworkers are nice and easy to get along with and have a strong sense of teamwork. They're a reason why I'm still here because we all motivated to succeed and do the very best that we can. Older employees who have been here for 10+ years say that there's a great sense of camaraderie among the employees in their respective departments compared to what it was. Asking questions about how things work are welcomed and appreciated. This company offers bonuses and 401k's-- which is more beneficial to the younger generation of employees.
Cons
The turnover rate is quite high and morale is extremely low. Some coworkers feel like they are expendable because executives seem to only care about profits rather than the welfare of their employees. If you are skillful and reliable, you will be exploited. I've seen key-employees leave because they have been overworked. Overworking also occurs because employees are forced to uphold false promises that were made by upper management-- and if they fail to do so they are punished for it. Those same employees quit due to uncritical organizational choices by upper management.
