Good co-workers and a place to learn how to do some really good BBQ.

Cons

Toxic work environment(mostly because of management), working long hours standing with no breaks constantly, consistently being understaffed, no yearly reviews so you have to beg for raises you deserve. It was a never ending cycle of being overworked and underpaid.
