      Pros

      Teams are highly competitive but very collaborative. Next career steps and goals are often discussed and management makes sure you are set up for doing your best work. Culture of a start up, perks of an blue chip.

      Cons

      There is a pretty steep learning curve depending on what vertical/geo you are placed. There is always someone who has just been promoted from that role to tap advice from, though.

      Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

      Cons

      Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
