      Pros

      I am so glad that I joined Docusign 2 years ago, it's one of the best decision I've ever made in my career (I've been working professionally for 10+ years). There too many Pros to list out: - The company really listens to their employees. They have addressed the top feedbacks from our employee survey in the past year, which includes 401 K, education reimbursement program, and many more - The best maternity leave benefit - Excellent work life balance - Free/healthy fruits/snacks/drinks all day long - Generous equity benefits - We have a great product and our customer LOVES us - The company has a long term vision of the system of agreement. - Our C level executives (CEO, CIO, etc) comes out to company happy hour events regularly.

      Cons

      - Lack of job rotation program - It's still a US centric company. The other regions/ markets outside of the US might felt disconnected at times.

      Pros

      Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

      Cons

      Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
