Pros

DocuSign is far and away the best company I have worked for. The company has a clear strategy and path to growth, capable and inspiring leadership, and a product that people love. We are focused on actively discussing and improving D&I efforts, and there are a broad range of employee resource groups so you can find "your people" within the organization. Comp and benefits are excellent. Remote work note: DocuSign has committed to being employee-first after the pandemic subsides, and all of their actions during the pandemic point to them keeping their word. We already have team members who are remote full-time, and the company is investing in processes and systems that will enable remote work in the future.

Cons

The company experienced dramatic growth in 2020 due to external circumstances and acquisitions. Some processes are still catching up to the new size and complexity of the organization.

It's wonderful to hear that DocuSign is the best company you have worked for and that you are inspired by the leadership and enjoy the employee resource groups. They are having a big impact on our culture and helping us all be better allies. It's also exciting (isn't it) that we will have more flexibility in the future. We have proven we can work effectively from anywhere and the company is honoring our desire to do so (and trusting us to do so) in the future. Finally, yes, we are growing fast. It's exciting to see our strategy come to fruition but we are racing to keep up and put systems in place to support that growth. I wouldn't personally have it any other way but it's a wild ride for sure.

Pros

Seriously, it's all about luck with your manager and territory. If you land a good one, the money can really flow. Honestly, you don't even need to deep dive into the details. Just hope for the best and you might strike gold. It's a real gamble sometimes, but that's how it goes.

Cons

Seriously, these sales quotas feel designed for us to fall flat on our faces. It's wild how management sometimes pushes us towards tactics that feel a little sketch. And don't even get me started on selling IAM; it's a real uphill battle. Honestly, the leadership here just isn't cutting it. It's frustrating to feel like you're set up for failure and not getting the support you need.
