Pros

Nice place/atmosphere, not to many pros

Cons

Everything. I’ve had a lot of jobs but this was by far one of the worst. From management to payroll to training to old systems etc. I’m not even going to complain about the low pay rate for the amount of stuff you have to know. The training is very minimum they don’t even have a designated trainer a supervisor will train you for 2 months. They just throw you on the phones after training half the stuff you don’t learn in training. Payrol is so confusing and stupid. You get paid twice a month on two set days so it’s technically not bi weekly (14 days) I can’t even figure out my paycheck before I get it like I normally do because it’s so out of wack. They say you get paid between the 1st and the 15 and 15 through the 30 but it just don’t add up. I mean it was just horrible. Most of the people are nice. Call volume is outrageously high because there is literally only 10 reps so customers have to wait 1-2 hours for us to call them back. I can go on and on. Oh and the systems are from the 1800s

Pros

Very friendly, decent amount of knowledge able to be gained. Team supports you and encourages you.

Cons

After learning the tools (intune, felxera, etc) things become more and more repetitive.

Pros

Plenty of opportunity at dollar for growing your knowledge and experience. Leadership does care about their people and there is a a fair bit of access to executive management. Benefits are pretty good with insurance, gym reimbursement, 401k match and other things.

Cons

Performance incentives are sorely lacking here. If you are a high performer, you get the same performance incentive distributed into your 401k as someone who is average. Management also has a track record of adding responsibilities but not necessarily increasing compensation. The other main item is that the majority of employees have started and stayed at dollar. Coming in externally with difference experiences can be challenging.
