Pros

Diversity and inclusiveness measures shine here. Pay for salaried folk is decent. Some of the managers are great and really look out for their staff. Others, not so much.

Cons

Rude and dismissive attitude from certain managers hinders any collaboration. The techs (both production and maintenance) are incredibly underpaid for their education level and experience. This is essentially semiconductor work and they’re being asked to do both the technical work and manage themselves for minimal pay or advancement opportunities.
