Pros

This company is not for everyone. They market themselves as this exciting, fresh, fun place to work but in reality it's the pits. If you're 22 with no prior work experience then you'll love it, mainly because you don't know any better.

Cons

It's full of mid-twenty something trust fund babies that have something to prove. They don't do the work you're relying on them to do, so you take it into your own hands, and they b*tch you out for it because their poor egos are bruised. Most of the women act like fourteen year old mean girls that find it necessary to gossip in corners or in the cafeteria. If you loved high school, you'll love EF. Another former employer referred EF as the abusive partner that isolates you from everyone and everything else. It's located far away from anything else, there's a bar in the lobby so you drink with your co-workers, and you're forced to travel for team building exercises; so basically your life HAS to be EF focused. Forget it if you have a learning disability or any mental health issues or disabilities. They have absolutely no patience for that. It's a sink or swim environment. Survival of the fittest, baby! If you're a cookie-cutter sorority girl and your Dad pays your rent, you'll fit in just fine!

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
