No cons to speak of

Coworkers are awesome, working conditions are great, business casual attire, no micro managing, supervisors support us

Compensation changes move very slowly. Even if you have your supervisor on your side, their supervisor, and even THEIR supervisor on your side, there's a bottleneck in upper management somewhere that slows the whole process WAY down. Yearly bumps to accommodate minimum inflation occur routinely, but other changes move at a snail's pace.
