Pros

I really appreciate the global opportunities EPAM provides—working with international teams and diverse projects has been a great experience. The company invests a lot in career growth, offering structured training and mentorship, which has helped me improve my skills. I also like that many projects use modern technologies, allowing me to stay updated with industry trends. The stability and competitive benefits make it a solid place to work.

Cons

However, one of the downsides is the strong dependency on projects. Sometimes, you might end up on an assignment that doesn’t align with your interests, and switching projects isn’t always easy. Bureaucracy can also slow things down, especially when dealing with internal processes.

Pros

Competitive compensation and good benefits for visa employees. Everything is fair, company is not taking advantage of you, unlike many similar companies. Lot of internal courses and trainings, opportunity to work in multiple domains.

Cons

Goes crazy after AI hype and stock plummeting

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
