      Good work environment. Employee centric. Many learning opportunities. Company provides cab facilities, canteen facilities, gym, indoor games like pool table, carrom, medical facilities are also available.

      Cons

      There are very few things which are not good about the company. You may have to work in night shifts depending upon the process.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
