      Company is organized and upper management are all professional. Lives within the standard of mission and vision

      Cons

      The leaders who handles the account are not credible when reporting the numbers to the clients. They alter the data to pass SLA. Very poor leadership in that probess

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
