      unprofessional and stressful environment. cost cutting to the core. Pay no need to employee satisfaction and welfare. NO work life balance. HR lies big time on various policies and work culture to recruit a candidate....upon joining you get to know reality but by then its too late

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
