      1.Seniors are quite friendly. 2.Work is fine. 3.Work life balance is good. 4.Get to work on different tools that helps in enhancing you analytical knowledge.

      Cons

      1.Less opportunities for BAs. 2.The 3 year fixed plan for BAs ,makes our growth slow. 3. Difference in salary between folks from IIT and folks from other premium colleges is one of the major drawback of working in this company.

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
