Cons

Everything else. They have the worse policies for their employees. They will give you a memo if you get sick for 2 consecutive days in one month. If you get sick 2 more consecutive days at least in the following months...you would be terminated on your fifth month. It does not matter if your really sick. There are compliance team doing floor walk. If they see you with your eyes close for more than what is normal of awake people they will give you a memo. It does not matter if you are just resting your strained eyes..that is already sleeping for them. They gave us salary raise but find ways in keeping us from getting performance appraisal such as memo on being absent for 2 day because you are sick. It does not matter to them if you are the top performer and you happen to be on your death bed. You have to drag yourself back to work. If not they would take away your performance bonus which is bigger than your salary increase. Maternity leaves are not paid. Favoritism is a common thing there. And if you report them, they will find ways to make you regret ever voicing out your issues with them. You are not human to them. You are a money making machine which does ni have the right to rest or anything. Imagine they celebrated their 18 anniversary with a small, cheap cup cake. They gave everyone a plain cupcake. Luckily no one expects anything from them. Its either this company is sinking fast or they have nothing in mind but money that it is already so pathetic.

Pros

Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

Cons

Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
