      Pros

      Good work-life balance: There's so little work that you can easily prepare for other examinations while working (CAT, CFA etc)

      Cons

      - There is absolutely no learning here. They provide close to no training and the work is repetitive. - HR has no power in this organisation. Your grievances will never be resolved.

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Cons

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
