Is a people friendly company, if your salary is good you may even feel like this is the company you want to retire from. If you play your cards right, then sky is the limit for you I would strongly recommend people with heart to work for EXL

Appraisals since 2008 have not been good people who are promoted with in do not get a good salary hike Exl tries too hard to be up there with the top most BPO players both captive and non captive, but they need to improve on a lot of things before they can get there. EXL is currently in the phase of acquiring smaller companies hence they have got a lot of money tied up A lot of people in the senior management who are hired from outside do not understand the visions and passion with which Vikram and Rohit kapoor built EXL and tend to think in line with their previous organizations
