Cons
1. Senior management does not provide appropriate support and appreciation to employees giving their honest efforts and only are affected by buttering. 2. Lateral hiring has become a mockery for senior management and they are bringing their counterparts and juniors from previous organization just to maintain their upper hand and old employees are being neglected. 3. The work environment has now deteriorated as many employees just show off how critical and intense work they are performing although it's just a simple task. 4. When it comes to coordination their is no help from many employees as they do not want to share knowledge so that their superiority does not go away. 5. The salary increments are very low as compared to other MNCs. 6. Managers give preference to ladies in comparison to gents for rewards and appraisals and are liars.
