Because of covid wfh set up Equipment provided People are nice and approachable There's siesta room and gym with shower before but i think they already removed it You can be promoted if you applied and get hired, they do internal hiring first for the QA and AM roles Open door policy NCLEX is sponsored by the company if you are nominated USRN license is renewed by the company as well
Cons
Low salary compared to other BPOs I think new hires are more favored than tenured employees We dont have retention bonus like other companies but they can give 100 to 250k signing bonus to new hires Other allowances were removed or decreased because of the pandemic unlike in other companies where in they retained and even increased the allowances to raise the moral of the employees Wfh is not a walk in the park it means more workload More workload but salary and allowances are shortchanged Conditions on salary and allowancea depends on the account and budget Recruitment do not give an update if you refer friends or strangers, application gets lost They will just standard template then no more š¤š who knows what happened after
