      1) Good place to start your career as consultant 2) Get to learn new things, very quickly 3) Immediately put to client facing roles 4) Nice experience with top management 5) Decent pay

      Cons

      1) Nice place, if you wan't a mundane life with good pay. Not the place if you are ambitious and want to grow fast in industry 2) No focus on employee's overall development
