Work culture - Process Associate EXL Service Employee Review

1. Cab facilities are poor. 2. 10hrs working hour, as they also add 1 hour so that if cab late you compensate that time. 3. Pls know your CTC breakdown first before joining. As they deduct more. 4. Unnecessary pressure of work. 5. Treat employees as labour, I don’t find any work culture here. So much mosquitoes in office campus. If you think for switch and you are from better MNC companies than don’t come here.
