Pros
There are multiple things to learn in EXL, getting promotion is not a tough task in EXL, EXL gives lots of training to their employee without any fee, so learn and get promotion or become ready to get higher salary/higher position in different organization. One more thing if you want to grow then give extra time in company for your learning
Cons
Salary is low, mostly supervisors are not interested in their subordinate's improvement/promotion. but if you are interested then it doesn't matter.
