Pros
provides lot of training sessions..one can learn about other projects and learn new tools which helps them in broadening their career opportunities.
Cons
Salary for the analysts is a bit low and talented people sometimes go unrecognised. Leave policy is a bit harsh.. no half day options and you need to earn your leaves on monthly basis. No overtime allowance.
