Pros

Good Training and quick responding managers.

Cons

The work load is absolutely ridiculous. Stick to being a 1099 sub-contractor if you can. This company is good to start out in but TERRIIBLE for work life balance. There is a constant demand. My performance metrics suggested I am performing at 130% for my annual productivity performance and yet, I am constantly hounded by managers to get reports done. Constantly assigned work. And being paid very little for working extraneous hours. Also, the UI for their forms are SOOOO BAD. Other programs like LC360 I can get through and finish the report in 30 minutes. The portal they use is literally the worst, and so slow.

Pros

Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

Cons

Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
