Cons
- They should hire more heads to cover the volumes and not let the existing executives cover hours through OTs. You're burning them out. Stop the toxic BPO culture of overworking their employees. -3P Payroll is a NIGHTMARE. Overpaid holidays needed to be paid back by the employees when it clearly was their 3P incompetent payroll's fault. I had it auto-deducted from my pay, but, then again, their payroll (or whoever takes care of it) is so incompetent they only did it once or twice! I've left and still not fully paid. Ex-AM and I escalated the issue twice/thrice with emails to prove, and did you do anything? (insert exclamation points here). NO. Clearly, you didn't. - AMs overworked and underpaid (at least, mine was).
