      EXL offers diverse variety of work because it is present in various domain such as banking, insurance, telecom, health, utilities, etc.

      Cons

      Workload is too much, there is no work-life balance. EXL doesn't provide competitive salary as far as number of working hour is concerned.

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
