      Working with Exl service for about an year, good people, moderate pay , good learning and little work live balance

      Cons

      Not much as of now, better if they increase the basic pay and not to make transportation as a mandatory non monetary benefit

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
