Pros
Nothing comes to my mind. It’s a place that helps you pay the bills but not where you can make a career.
Cons
Low salary, very poor quality infrastructure- internal websites, laptop, VPN. , poor work life balance, limited growth opportunities, low quality work and lot of poor performers in every team. Very low standard. Very behind on new technologies like AI compared to the industry.
