We value our staff greatly here at EHTP and we take pride in ensuring that they have the full support they need to thrive and to reach our scholars. Your feedback regarding our leadership staff is important to us, and we will take this into consideration as we think about how to offer more support to our teachers and school leaders so that they feel like they are set up to successfully lead the scholars we serve. While we do understand that you have some concerns around the care and treatment of our scholars, on behalf of our full Central staff teams, I can ensure you that our Senior Executive Leadership team is prioritizing the safety of our scholars by scheduling regular townhall meetings in our school sites to ensure that all stakeholders' opinions and thoughts are being heard. Education and schools all have challenges. Sometimes hard and unpopular decisions have to be made with the larger picture in mind.

Pros

PTO policy is flexible for staff not in schools.

Cons

Unsafe learning environments that the org spends overtime to cover up. High turnover. A lot of the data they report about test scores does not tell the full story. A lot of favoritism. Senior leaders treat everyone like they are disposable if you do not serve their narratives. No positive culture. Staff are very unhappy. Principals are unqualified.
