Pros
This has been the most relaxed work environment that I've ever had. My department (and others that aren't bound to shift work) has very flexible hours. The company also subsidizes food made by a catering company in town for us to buy at lunch. Benefits are also better than other places.
Cons
The pay here is probably better than other places in Eugene, but could be better still.
